No matter which way you drive to your new home you will enjoy peaceful
pleasant clean nice neighborhoods along the way. Near the Exclesior,
close to freeways, it’s less than 2 blocks from beautiful McLaren Park!
Rooms are available NOW for the next 2-6 months, depending on what you
need. After that is negotiable. We'll talk.
Park right in front of your new home. Pass the bamboo and jasmine into
the entryway which currently contains a 10 foot church pew and an altar
that will remain an ongoing conglomoration of all housemate’s
contributions. The tile in the entry way is Spanish style, great
acoustics for conversations both hushed and beligerant! Wrought iron
hand rails lead you up stairs to the home…there’s currently a disco ball
in the staircase.
My bedroom is a separate unit downstairs. I share bathrooms & kitchen.
Open the door, your attention is immediately drawn to the fabulous view
over the private back deck of the bay and south end of SF. Candlestick
park often has fireworks (we have an awesome view of that too!!!) Large
living and dining rooms are carpeted, and have beautiful crown molding
just waiting to be more colorful than their current “white”. Very nice
LARGE kitchen is roomy , full of cupboard space, has a dishwasher and
has a skylight & oodles of natural light (plants grow SO great in there!
Large beautiful garden in the back yard. Fruit trees & flowers
a'plenty!!!
2 bathrooms are both nice, one has a separate shower with a seat and a
bathtub. Bonus area off the bathroom for plants, sculptures etc.
Bedrooms are both large and have their own closets. Plenty of closet
space in the rest of the house.
Dimmer lights on every light in the house.
I have 2 sweet, gorgeous cats: Isabelle, the young mama, is preggers
and her 8 month old playful snuggly daughter Rex. They’re both tortoise
shell sweethearts! They’ll live downstairs with me, but we’ll visit
often cuz they love the decks!!!
Laundry on-site; cats ok; no dogs. Oh, did I mention oooodles of
parking and natural light?
