I'm very excited about a date I'm going on. Oh I've gotta say that again just to hear it...I'm going on a real date...my first ever! Well, there have been a couple of truly wonderful evenings with all the basic date activities, nice dinner/movie/walks/etc but it's always been someone I already know...

This time, it's a real date.

He works in a store I frequent and the very moment we laid eyes on each other it's been smiley, blatant&sweet flirtation. Tonight we both asked each other on dates; me to him for a smallish dinner/conversational event I'm hosting and he to me for dinner and jazz. Jazz night is first.

The fact that he is named after an element is no small part of my excitement.
